Are you a resident, a tourist or a visitor to Herefordshire who is appalled by the sight of polytunnels ruining what used to be a beautiful environment? And are you amazed that there is no Planning Policy for these polytunnels and that much of what has been going on has been done without Planning Permission ?
And do you wonder whether this could happen close to you in other counties of the UK ?
